Studio35 Membership Agreement & Terms
This document forms the full membership agreement between Studio35 Health & Wellness Club and the member. By signing this agreement, the member confirms they have read, understood and accepted all terms contained within this document.
1. Membership Commitment
• This agreement constitutes a minimum commitment of 12 consecutive monthly membership payments.
• Membership payments are due monthly via Direct Debit unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Notice to cancel may be served during the 11th month of the agreement to expire at the end of the initial 12-month term.
• If notice is not received before the end of the 12th month, membership will automatically continue on a rolling monthly basis until 28 days written notice is received.
• Where a scheduled payment falls within the notice period, that payment remains due and payable.
• Cancellation of a Direct Debit instruction does not constitute cancellation of this agreement.
• Members joining online or away from Studio35 premises may cancel within 14 days of joining, provided services and facilities have not been substantially used.
• Any approved membership freeze due to illness or injury will extend the minimum commitment term by the same duration.

3. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee
This agreement commits the member to 12 consecutive monthly membership payments unless cancelled in accordance with the Satisfaction Guarantee terms outlined below.
To qualify for the Satisfaction Guarantee, the member must complete 20 x 35 minute sessions on the Milon Strength and Endurance Circuit within the first 3 calendar months of membership.
If, upon completion of the 20 sessions, the member believes the programme is not suitable for them, they may terminate the agreement immediately by notifying Studio35 before commencing Phase 2 of their programme.
If the member does not complete the required 20 sessions within the agreed timeframe, or stops attending, cancels payments, or otherwise breaches the agreement, the Satisfaction Guarantee becomes void and the 12-month agreement remains fully enforceable.
4. General Terms
• Studio35 may amend these terms for legal, security or operational reasons with appropriate notice.
• Membership benefits may be suspended where payments are outstanding.
• Membership is subject to acceptance and continued compliance with club rules and standards.
• Studio35 reserves the right to terminate membership where behaviour is deemed inappropriate or damaging to the club, staff or members.
• Repeated non-payment may result in suspension or termination of membership and recovery action.
• Failed Direct Debit payments may incur a reasonable administration fee.
• Outstanding balances may be referred for debt recovery action where necessary.
• Members remain liable for agreed membership payments during the minimum commitment term unless cancellation is accepted in accordance with this agreement.
• Studio35 reserves the right to suspend club access where membership payments are overdue.
• Members may request a membership freeze for illness or injury for a minimum of 1 month and maximum of 3 months. Studio35 reserves the right to request supporting evidence.
• Members unable to continue due to serious illness, injury or relocation may request cancellation in writing with supporting evidence, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• Members participate in exercise and wellness activities at their own risk.
• Members are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to undertake exercise and should seek medical advice where appropriate.
• Members must familiarise themselves with equipment instructions and guidance provided by Studio35 staff.
• Members should immediately stop exercise and seek assistance if feeling unwell or in discomfort.
• Studio35 accepts no responsibility for injuries arising from misuse of equipment, failure to follow guidance or undisclosed medical conditions.
• Formal cancellation requests and notices must be submitted in writing via the official Studio35 email address or directly to the club.
• WhatsApp messages, text messages, social media messages or verbal conversations do not constitute formal notice of cancellation.
• Studio35 club policies, operational procedures and behavioural standards may be updated periodically and form part of this agreement.
• This agreement is governed by English Law.
5. Data Protection
Studio35 may contact members regarding their membership, promotions, services and operational updates. Personal data may be processed in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation.
